Blanco Tequila: Fruity, floral, slightly herbaceous, cooked agave, a hint of minerality. Smooth, peppery, sweet, tropical fruits. Medium-length finish.
Reposado Tequila: Very slight herbaceousness, clean, grassy, buttery, some cooked agave, slight apple notes, citrus, very light tropical notes, vanilla. Smooth, viscous, anise, wood spice, especially cinnamon, a hint of coconut, and some clove. Slight tropical notes pronounced pepperiness. Medium finish.
Añejo Tequila: Fruitier, slight anise, hint of wood, cooked agave, dried flowers/potpourri. Smooth, peppery, apple, hint of vanilla, lingering sweetness with just a hint of bitterness.
